 12 • The 5th Annual Evening for Chuck • (Musica, 51 E. Market St, Akron, OH) • 12:00pm. $10. This 5th Annual benefit for pancreatic cancer research and awareness is in memory of my father, Chuck, who passed away from this terrible disease. Features all day music and food! The world premier of the Bodhis (a band featuring myself, Courtney Cable, David Ullman, Gary Fossaceca, and more)! Plus, Kristine Jackson, Brian Lisik, Tofu Fighters, Zumba, Winslow, and a special full band Love Initiative set by my band! All vegan food by Cilantro, Pita Pit, Chef Brandt Evans, Primo's Deli, the Mustard Seed, Urban Eats, and several other area chefs! There are also raffles, massages, magic Adoptable Pets from the Humane Society, and other family fun!

 17 • Central Ohio Friends of a Feather Benefit • (Speeds Bar, 5186 E. Main St, Whitehall, OH) • 8:00pm. Friends of a Feather is a parrot rescue center. 

 18 • Cuyahoga Valley Scenic Railroad's Wild West BBQ & Steam Fest • (Howe Meadow, Riverview Rd, Akron, OH) • 4:30pm. Come visit one of the Top 10 National Parks in the Nation!

  20 • Wolf Creek Winery • (2637 Cleveland Massillon Rd, Norton, OH) • 7:00pm. One of my favourite shows! Always unique and fun.  

24 • Strikers in Plaza Lanes • (2641 E. State St, Fremont, OH) • 4:30pm. This is a fun show! Fun times! And you could bowl if you want! Plus, you can get vegan pizza (wheat crust w/ veggies & no cheese - its pretty tasty).

 25 • Akron Peace Week - Art Auction • (Uncorked Wine Bar, 22 N. High St, Akron, OH) • 7:00pm. Come celebrate our kick off event for this week long celebration of Nonviolence! And see some awesome Peace art by area artists! FREE!

 26 • Ingenuity Fest • (Detroit - Superior Bridge, Cleveland, OH) • 12:00pm. My debut and full band set for this unique Festival! 

 26 • Akron Peace Week - Walk With Your Best Friend for Peace• (Lock 3, 22 S. Main St, Akron, OH) • 1:00pm. A benefit for the Battered Women's Shelter of Summit and Medina Counties. $5. This event also features the Akron Humane Society, and reminds us that we need to respect all animals.

 27 • Akron Peace Week - International Peace Museum's Peacemobile Exhibit • (Outside of Market Path, 833 W. Market St, Akron, OH) • 11:00am. This exhibit will be on display all day (until 5pm). Plus, 91.3 WAPS The Summit will be doing a live broadcast from the Peacemobile that afternoon! FREE!

 30 • Akron Peace Week - 5 Days to Change the World (Documentary Screening) • (Akron Art Museum, High St & Market St, Akron, OH) • 6:30pm. In May 1999, 10,000 people from 100 countries gathered for the Hague Appeal for Peace and Justice, the largest peace conference in history. Five Days to Change the World follows students from several countries who took part in the gathering, as they create plans for their own future. Narrated by Martin Sheen. FREE!

 OCTOBER 1 • Akron Peace Week - Highland Drive Peace Day • (Highland Drive Elementary School, Highland Drive, Brecksville, OH) • 10:00am. Highland Drive was the first school to take the Pledge of Nonviolence and has devoted an entire day to celebrate peace!
